The Sherlock Holmes Society of South Australia was formed in 2004. It has strong links to the former Sherlock Holmes Society of Australia whose founding president, Alan Olding (BSI), is now a Honorary Life Member.
Based in Adelaide, Australia we are an informal group who meet around 4 times a year. As all good meetings should, they revolve around good food, good company and, of course, a common interest in the works featuring Sherlock Holmes and Dr Watson. Our meetings are diverse and have featured guest speakers, book discussions and film viewings. We are very much a member based society and the opinion and input of all members are welcome.
A newsletter is also produced four times a year and is available to members.
